Our driver will be awaiting you inside of arrival Terminal - EXIT D. It is easy: when you get your luggage, just continue to the public area of arrival Terminal and then you will see the driver with the PLACARD BEARING your name on it.
Our cars are parked in the second line in front of arrival hall.
Unfortunately, our cars can stay there only 15 minutes. If you will not see your driver at the arrival hall, it is 100% sure, that he had to move his car. Please give him 5 minutes to do it and then he will meet you at arrival hall - EXIT D.
The journey from Prague airport to the city centre usually takes around 25 minutes by car and up to 40 minutes if there is heavy traffic.

Our prices for private transfers are quoted per vehicle and not per person.

Yes, your driver will be able to provide you with a receipt. If you are travelling on business and need a tax invoice, please let us know in advance.
You can pay cash directly to the driver after the service.You can also pay with credit card ( 5% bank fee ) or via bank transfer, Paypal and invoice in advance.
Yes.we will refund you in full. If there is no driver waiting for you at the airport once you arrive, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find out why and get an alternative driver to you immediately.
24ATP and its suppliers have full public liability insurance in the case of accidents. We do, however, recommend that you have a travel insurance policy that is valid for the duration of your trip.
All our vehicles are non-smoking.
Generally, we don’t charge for extra large luggage. However, if you will have extra large luggage on your trip, please let us know in advance so that we can send a larger car if necessary.
If you need a special Prague transport service such as a car with a baby chair, extra space for a pushchair, or are travelling with disabled passengers, please make a note of this when you make your train or airport transfer booking.
In this case it is important to write us by mail or call us. After you have booked a transfer via internet request form, expect confirmation in 4 hours. Hence you receive your confirmation, we always appreciate when you let us know about that.
